In 2011, Greg Matthews Building received the Builder of AIA's Australian Home of the Year Award for 'Solis', a tranquil Hamilton Island house by Renato D'Ettorre Architects, builder of Qualia Resort on Hamilton Island, a five star resort and spa that was voted Best Resort in the World by Conde Nast Traveller Readers Choice Awards in 2013.
